Orders are shipped from Dawson Creek, BC, Canada. Orders will be processed within 3-5 working days (excluding weekends & holidays). Please keep in mind that it’s me, myself and I who runs the shop, makes all the things, photographs all the things, posts all the things, homeschools my kids, makes meals, pays the bills, runs the errands and cleans the house! Sometimes life is messy. Many days I can have it in the mail faster than 3 days, but it’s just not something I can guarantee right now. If you need a rush on something, please contact me and we can definitely discuss. Let’s all have a little a grace on each other, we are only human 🙂
Local Pick Up is available in Dawson Creek, BC. Please contact me to arrange and I can refund shipping charges 🙂 I may be able to meet you downtown but a $5 delivery charge will apply (fuel prices are so not fun these days, thank you for understanding!), please contact me to arrange.
Shipping address must be entered correctly! Please double check that you have the correct shipping address (check your address in Paypal if you have recently moved!) as once the parcel has shipped I cannot do anything about wrong addresses. Items returned for non-delivery will be refunded, minus shipping fees, and you will be asked to re-order.
Flat rate shipping fees are for Canada & the USA. They include tracking and are standard shipping estimates. Once an item has shipped, I cannot change or cancel the order. Shipping times vary depending on where you live in relation to me (northern BC, Canada) & on Canada Post and USPS. I cannot control their standard shipping times and their shipping estimates are based on business days. If you need rush delivery, please contact me to discuss. Extra charges for rush delivery will apply. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items. All tracked items will have insurance on them so please contact me ASAP if parcels do not arrive so I can start an investigation through Canada Post. If Canada Post refunds the item, I will refund you or send a replacement. Handmade cards ship for free and as such, do not include tracking or insurance. If you would prefer for them to have that option (if you are ordering a larger amount) please contact me to arrange and extra charges will apply.
Watercolour Original Paintings and Prints cannot be returned. If they arrive damaged, please contact me ASAP. If the packaging is obviously damaged, torn, etc, please take photos before opening. PRINTS ARE DROP SHIPPED FROM THE USA and as such, I have to charge shipping, even for the local area. There is no pick up option available for prints. The prints can only be replaced via the drop shipper. If originals come destroyed, I cannot replace them as they are one of a kind but I can refund them once I am refunded by the shipper via the insurance coverage.
Handmade Cards can be returned, unless a custom order. Contact me within 7 days of delivery and must be shipped back at buyers expense, with tracking, within 14 days of delivery. Item must be returned in original condition. If it is not returned in original condition, any loss in value will be at the buyers expense. Please contact me ASAP if the item is delivered damaged.
Handmade Travel Bags, Tea Towels & Mug Rugs can be returned. Contact me within 7 days of delivery and must be shipped back at buyers expense, with tracking, within 14 days of delivery. Shipping cut off dates for Christmas are as posted by Canada Post. Anything shipped after them cannot be guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas. These dates do NOT include my processing time. As always, once items are shipped I have not control over when they will arrive, some years are better than others.
Custom Items cannot be returned unless damaged in transit. This includes, but is not limited to, cards, bags, tea towels, mug rugs, watercolour paintings and prints.
Sale Items are final sale and cannot be returned. If they arrive damaged, please contact me.
